FS-ATC 3.1 - FS-ATC is an air traffic controller software that operates with Microsoft Flight Simulator 4.0 (commercial game). It runs in the background and it uses some undocumented apple events to find out position, direction, altitude and speed of aircraft. Using this information FS-ATC sends messages to the pilot using notification manager dialog box, speaking the messages using Speech Manager or playing sampled sounds. There are lots of features like realistic pilot-controller communication, altitude control, more accurate position tracking, support for sampled sound resources, and support for the new Speech Manager.
